David Finch has been a software developer for over 18 years and creating websites since 1995.  David's extensive database development background is particularly suited to creating dynamic websites that encourage user interaction.

Slioch Software is also involved in the development of several Rich Internet Applications (RIA) in which a Flash-based user interface in the browser communicates with a central database to create an attractive and fully interactive online tool.  (A good example of this would be the LEARN online learning system.)
